The Midwest is where Megan feels most at home, but she is always ready to take a trip anywhere in the world.  Immersing herself in different cultures and experiencing architecture and design firsthand gives her a fresh lens on how to approach projects at home.  Travel was a driver in her becoming a LEED AP as she saw the global impact designers can have.

Growing up, Amanda has always pursued her interests in creative realms. After one year studying fine arts, Amanda decided to pursue a degree in interior design. Throughout her career, she has worked in retail, workplace, hospitality and residential design. Her favorite parts of interior design are creative problem-solving and using design to tell brand stories.

Outside of work, Amanda spends her time with her family, including her husband, two little daughters, Vera and Elle, and their dog, Wilson the Whoodle. She enjoys spending summers with her family in Northern Michigan, where they love boating, skiing, hiking and living the lake life.

Growing up with a love of math and a creative mind, Aubrey feels lucky to have found a career that joins both. Problem-solving throughout the design process to bring both functional and innovative solutions to clients is her favorite part of this industry. With a focus on retail/restaurant and hospitality, she has been developing her skillset to bring our client's brands to a physical space and enhance their customer experience.

When the Midwest weather allows, you can find Aubrey out riding her bike. She also enjoys going to concerts, playing board games or curling up with a book and her cats Melvin and Marty.

Emma has spent her career developing relationships in the workplace and retail design industries, focusing on 3D modeling, renderings, and documentation of built space. With an eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, Emma collaborates directly with clients to bring designs to life.

Emma’s passion for design can be see outside of the office, where she designs and hand sews custom quilts. She enjoys traveling and rock climbing, and loves to spend time with her two Golden Retrievers, Ringo and Ozzy.

Erin’s background began in marketing, but she decided to pursue a career in a field she had always been passionate about, interior design. Throughout her career she has worked in both residential and retail design. She uses her attention to detail, organization and creative problem solving to deliver the best product to clients.

Beyond her work as an interior designer, Erin enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog. Her passion for exploring new places and experiences informs her design sensibility, and she draws inspiration from the world around her to create unique and innovative spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Hannah has always been curious about details and the how and why of the way things work. In the field of design, her curiosity is seen in attention to detail and making sure that something is working the best that it can.

For the past seven years Hannah has continued to learn and hone her skills while working with internationally recognized retail and restaurant brands to bring meaningful experiences to their clients. She loves a challenge and will bring her experiences and knowledge to deliver quality results.

Jylianne graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor of Arts / Interior Design Degree and a minor in Marketing. She is passionate about the process of creating spaces regardless of physical or mental limitations. Jylianne approaches every project with a strong desire to create a space for anybody and everybody that evokes feeling, comfort, enjoyment and gathering in hopes to bring the space to life for its intended purpose.

You can find Jylianne in her free time being a dog mom to her boy Goose. She loves traveling to explore new places, and she is always planning her next trip. She spends majority of her summers at a small-town lake in Ohio that she grew up on surrounded by her family and friends.
