who we are

A small team trusted with big programs.

We value clarity, accountability, and partnership, bringing steady support to internal design and development teams.

Built to stay close to the work.

Macon Alley is a commercial interior design and rollout consultancy supporting national retail brands.

We stay intentionally small so we can stay close to the work. Our clients work directly with experienced designers who understand their standards, timelines, and operational realities.

No layers. No handoffs. Just steady, accountable partnership.

The people behind the partnership.

Our designers bring deep experience in prototype development, documentation, and national rollout coordination. Clients work directly with the people doing the work, creating continuity, clarity, and trust across every engagement.

From the Founder

Macon Alley wasn’t built to be an assembly line.

It was built around a team that was exceptionally good at solving a specific problem: how to scale retail environments without losing clarity, consistency, or control.

After years working inside large retail organizations, I saw how growth quietly strains documentation, timelines, and teams. I also saw that the right group of people, working with care and accountability, could solve that complexity better than most.

So we built a firm designed to do exactly that.

Intentionally small.
Deeply collaborative.
Focused on detail.
Structured to handle complexity.

As a certified women-owned business, that intentionality extends beyond the work itself, shaping a culture grounded in trust, accountability, and long-term partnership.

Macon Alley exists to support the space between creative vision and real-world implementation, where clarity, structure, and care matter most.

We built it as a place where great designers can do meaningful work, and where our clients always know they’re in steady hands.
